Made to order
Every item at Rig to Root is printed specifically for you after you order — nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. That’s what lets us run a small, independent brand without a warehouse full of inventory. It also means production takes a little longer than a big-box retailer, and it shapes our return policy below.
Production & shipping times
- Production: most items are printed and packed within 2–5 business days of your order.
- Shipping: once it leaves production, delivery typically takes another 3–7 business days within the US, longer for international orders.
- You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is custom-printed for your order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size chosen or simple change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Just reach out through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take it from there.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package as lost or it’s significantly delayed past the estimated delivery window, let us know and we’ll help track it down or send a replacement.
