How long will my order take?

Every item is printed to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production, then another 3–7 business days for shipping within the US (longer internationally). You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

What sizes do you carry?

Sizing varies by product — check the size chart on each product page before ordering, since we can’t offer exchanges on made-to-order items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders take a bit longer to arrive and may be subject to your country’s customs fees or import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Since everything is custom-printed for your order, we can’t accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. If something arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll fix it fast — see Shipping & Returns.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, powered by Stripe.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since production starts quickly after you order, reach out through the Contact page as soon as possible if you need to make a change — we can’t guarantee a change once an item has entered production.
