Rig to Root (rigroot.com) is an independent print-on-demand apparel and gear brand. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse or order from this site, and how it’s used.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email address, and order contents. We do not see or store your full payment card details — those are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.
Like most websites, we also use cookies to keep your cart working as you browse and to remember your session at checkout.

Who we share it with
Every item is printed and shipped to order. To make that possible, we share the shipping details of your order (name, address, and order contents) with our production and fulfillment partner, Printful. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe under their own privacy and security practices; we never see your full card number.
How long we keep your data
We retain order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. If you create an account, your account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to our need to keep certain records (like completed order history) for legal reasons. Reach out any time — see the Contact page.
